Confirmation Service

Waking up on early Sundays, haha.
Cause it's a special Sunday, especially for my lil' brother.

And that's our new Bishop of the Anglican Diocese.
It's his first official visit here as a Bishop :)
And he's my friend, Sarah Ng's dad! :D

The Confirmation Service.

Ooh, look who's there? :D
With Dominic and Qing En on both sides, they're all getting confirmed today.

He's confirmed! :)

The confirmed batch.
We welcome you! :D

They have the privilege to receive the Holy Communion first :)

And that's my girl, Audrey Kho, whom I've not met in ages!
Well, besides Facebook, LOL.

Pastor, I mean, Bishop and I! :D
I need to get used to that, hahaa.
He says he still remembers me cause Sarah was telling him
about me during Malaysian Idol Season 2.

The Kho brothers, Graeme and Stephen!
Aww, so glad to see them again :)

Just hanging out at the sanctuary :)

And that's all for now :)

Tony's Wedding & Rotaract's AlumNite

The newly wedded couple,
Tony and Shimi :)

Nice wedding gown :)

The reception.

The groom's brother, the PA man and my bestie, Brad.
Lol, I didn't know we'd turn up at the wedding so matching, LOL.
Besties think alike I guess, hahaa.

I sang only one song, "Heaven", cause the was a LOT of technical problems.
Brad felt that it was such a disasterous chaos.
It's alright Brad, don't feel bad... not your fault.

After I was done, I packed my keyboard and Brad took me around introducing me to his relatives and friends, macam aku dia punya makwe, LOL. But firstly he took me to the YB's and Dato's table, all malays only because Brad's a son of a politician. So we took pictures! Brad will give 'em to me once they're out.

AND then, I rushed off to Rotaract's AlumNite.
Reached RJCC at about 9.30PM.

SHAKE it, Sharveen!

The boys ;)
My leng zhai interact juniors, hehe.
Except Sharwin of course who's also a leng zhai senior, lol.

Also performed, sang "Heaven" and "Everything I do".
I'm pretty satisfied with my performance, hee :)
AND then we had some dancing!
LOL, but it was all indian songs... tak syiok sangat larr, lol.

Ben Chia and Sharwin :)

Will get more pictures from Linda, again.

In the end of both events, I ate NOTHING.
Didn't eat at the wedding because the queue was very long and I had to rush off. Didn't eat either at RJCC cause my dad was already waiting downstairs for me, didn't wanna keep him waiting.

I enjoyed myself really :)

You bet.

Nothing beats the bed! x)

Girl Rangers and Guides - Thinking Day.

I don't know about you,
But I like it when I enter an empty bus.
Early in the mornings with that cold, cold air...
Ahhh :)

Hahaa, I'm finally here.
For the first time, serious.

They were the school that rejected my application after UPSR.
I got 3A's but another girl who had 2A's got in.
Unfair? Tell me about it.

I've always seen it across the field from the main road...
But never this close, she's beautiful :)

Well, this was the theme for Thinking Day this year.
But honestly, we hardly talked about water.
Cause the speaker who was supposed to come had another function.
Sighs. But. Good also lar.

Those 2 empty spaces there shows the absence of 2 more schools.
But there were many of us girl guides and rangers.

A performance from SIGS.
So bad, they were laughing at the girl who couldn't really keep her balance.

By a Convent girl, well, she was mainly shaking her booty, lol.
It wasn't that bad... or good either.
No offence okay, just my point of view.
She's a pretty girl alright :)

People didn't really appreciate their performance but I DO! :D
This requires skill okay, and it sounded nice.

Truth be told.

Organisation was a mess.
Most our time spent here were singing songs.
The main purpose was to delay time for the arrival of the speaker initially.
But in the end, news came that she wasn't coming.

Thanks to Dr. Rani and Puan Tan, they kept the show moving.
Otherwise, it would've been really dead.
But it was undeniable that the messy organisation was very visible and everyone felt that they were wasting their time.

But I REALLY like Puan Tan, Convent's principle.
She's really nice and sporting!

I ALSO loved the school's choir which I competed against 2 years ago.
It was more of a "mother theme" today and it rocked!
I liked it soooo much, that I forgot to take pictures, LOL.
I was just captivated.

And I performed a "Heaven" by Bryan Adams while playing their piano.
It was impromptu and wasn't part of the agenda actually, lol.
Not too well mind you. My voice wasn't warmed up, and my hands were cold and stiff, LOL. I take it as a practice for tonight's wedding reception and Rotary's Alumni Dinner. Hahaa.

And ohh, when I get the pictures from Linda, I'll post it here.
She's got the shots.

Representatives from SMK Dato' Jaafar.

Will get some rest.
And when night falls...

Dinner with the Tans.

Ohhh Daniel, hey!
Look at us having a nice dinner :D

Esther : HEY KORRR. The food is DELICIOUS! xD
Tom yam prawns, fried sotongs, mixed veges, pandan chicken, egg, curry fish, blended-ice cappuccino.... WHOOT! x)

I know you miss this especially, Dan! x)
Better than your tiny-piece-pandan-chicken in Berak, I mean Perak.

Meet the parents - Mwahahaa :)

Eunice : KORR... tempting right?? Want some?! Mmmmm... :D

Awww... :D

Sisterly love! :D
Ohh, sorry Benroy, you're the thorn among the roses.

We had a great DELICIOUS dinner!
And then we head back home..
Hahaa... all we can say is, "Wish you were here, Dan"..
A BIG THANK YOU to Aunty and Uncle Tan! :)

Guess what caught my eye?

Why the heck is that lizard holding on to that rubber band? :/
My house lizards are weird.
They prefer crawling on the floors than the ceilings, LOL.

you complete me :)
